(1:18:58) Just received the hardware panel and it does make the replay system easier to use. The issue I need to figure out with the replay system is the delay between the live and access to the recorded video.

(1:34:33) There are great camcorders and PTZs, but they can be expensive. I use Canon XF605 camocrder (around $4500) and Canon CR-N500 PTZ (around $5000). Great options also from other brands.

(1:34:47) Q: that would risk a resolution issue in Zoom. Even with Zoom Business and 1080p, Slides may get washed out a bit I guess.

(1:44:47) I have gone through several different unlimited mobile hotspot plans - AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile. I've tried different hotspot devices and ran out of data and got it with slower speeds.

(1:48:35) For 2 M2s DIY build vs. Duet: think about operating 2 M2s vs 1 Duet of gear at the event. I personally try to minimize how many things I need to operate to minimize heat of the moment mistakes
