(1:05:34) Q:Also it looks like there is some Video Latency on the HDMI outputs on the RCV as well (when you compare the program out to a camera screen).

(1:06:19) Also minimize devices in the signal chain (e.g. converters). Each device adds a touch of latency and it can add up.

(1:23:51) @ayiku online That's hard. Like Aaron said, the camera is the biggest culprit. Try to find one with the least delay and keep the signal chain in SDI from the camera as much as possible.
