(16:41) $200 TV means you are the product, not the TeeVee. Their surveillance is the "smarts".

(16:47) Watching on a 43" Samsung M7 connected to PC. It has smart features, but they only get in the way once in a while.

(16:57) Yes you can make many of them default to an HDMI input and suppress the menu, but the smart crap is still in the way

(17:32) I'm still using my parents' old TV that they bought 15 years ago - and I don't even use the tuner in it.

(28:18) Choose fibre optic HDMi cables. Good for slightly longer lengths. Not that more expensive.

(37:55) Q. What is your take on the Osee GOSTREAM in respect to the Atem mini?

(39:52) @aaronparecki I strongly recommend Roland cables, both HDMI and SDI. SDI are up to 60m(up to 1080@60). HDMI are regular cables(no fiber)up to 7.5m and 4k. Affordable and well priced.

(40:55) I like the "lack" of the overwhelming multitude of buttons as compared to BMD designs (generally)

(44:25) That's nothing like enough ports. You *know* that you'll end up having to get a bigger matrix.

(44:56) The HDBase-T standard has made video over ethernet cabling a lot more reliable and consistant.

(45:51) Q - What is the best way to monitor stream audio out of ATEM Mini Pro? I can monitor my audio going in to either Mic1/2 or into a camera no prob, I go through a Zoom recorder

(46:02) but once it hits the ATEM and therefore the stream for audio latency and quality monitoring, its an unknown quantity.

(51:04) Hello! Aaron, have you tried to duplicate the HDMI Program out of a Atem Mini or extreme?

(52:11) The ObsBot has a remote control and the UVC adapter has a USB port for the dongle

(52:57) With the Obsbot Camera & Convertor you can use the optional remote for basic control of framing and presets but no colour adjustments sadly.

(53:28) Q - did you see the Bluetooth option using the USB-A port with a Remote .. I've seen they sell a Bundle with a remote

(1:36:12) I’ve grown to prefer the huge trackpad most of the time and can barely use a mouse anymore

(1:36:22) We use titler live for sports and it’s great. Then add a “Scorebird” and you can take the info right from the scoreboard in the stadium.
