(34:37) @Michael Flotron I just googled the X-32 vs. MR-18 and the X-32 does seem to have output delay on the 6 XLR buses

(35:21) I'm actually surprised the MR-18 has no delay function on the inputs and/or outputs. That's a pretty common feature on digital mixers. It's all over the Presonus Studiolive Series III mixers I use.

(1:21:49) seconds aBMD cinema camera has no oversharpeing in camera

(1:25:21) @Matt Collins I think the lack of audio routing in the ATEM is one of the reasons Aaron got his audio mixer - it is certainly why I had to upgrade the one we have at work and buy one for use at home.

(1:27:13) Q: I use RPi / nginx server (following your guides) to stream to Facebook and YouTube. Facebook looks fine, but image tears on YouTube. What setting should I check?

(1:28:52) @Michael Griffith @Aaron Parecki Over long periods of time, the audio or video can change timing. Putting it in the camera makes it glitch proof.

(1:33:16) @Aaron Parecki Wrong, there is actually technical drifting on these devices. I was doing Robocam work for a reality TV show, and we had wrong specced system (director wanted all 20cams rec'd) 1/2

(1:33:26) @Aaron Parecki 2/2 but the technical producer didn't allow us to use my extreme because ti deos not take in timecode sync signal of some sort from the audio department, because of this drift

(1:33:54) The delay on the camera is because it takes a couple of frames to process the image.

(1:34:20) @Aaron Parecki I was talking more of the sources drifting. I've never experienced it, but some ppl have asked about it in much earlier streams.

(1:34:38) Is the USB audio/video drift issue more of an ATEM problem or the host computer problem (or a combination of the two). I could see a computer getting overwhelmed by a real time HD a/v input over time.

(1:35:17) so zoom settings or more computer memory to fix the drift?

(1:36:17) USB audio drift is heavily influenced by the CPU interrupts, that happen a lot if CPU load is high

(1:36:43) Q Just added a SSD to record our service but is there a way to use a usb-c hub so to have a way to use the BMD control software?

(1:37:53) @Aaron Parecki I have a 10m USB cable between the ATEM and the Zoom PC. Probably going to move the PC and get a KVM but Companion also runs on the PC so might need long USB for that.

(1:41:34) USB 2.0 is rated for 5 mtr, USB 3.0 only for 3 mtr .. USB-C for 5 mtr .. you can get 10,20, 30 mtr USB-C .. it's optical
