(30:49) Q: since you had to travel light to NAB, what gear did you give up that you wish you had?

(33:07) Why not post them as is. I know it doesn’t go to shorts. But I think we would watch them either way if it’s a short or not. Plus, make more money from YouTube on regular videos than shorts.

(35:01) Q: for YouTube, rather than the horizontal 90 second video, could you do a daily video that just compiles any videos that you posted for that day?

(36:40) Q: Maybe you need an on-site compilation video editor that can gather the content through the day.

(36:51) Shorts are a separate "bucket" for the algo. You might not want 90 second videos on your main channel...

(37:08) Q: You need to tell them no pre-approval before posting and if they want coverage they will agree to that

(37:24) If a PR person wants to approve an interview, I'd just skip it. It's just not worth anyone's time. PR people need to learn this.

(37:44) Q How about a summary of reels: 3 videos side by side. Left video plays and other 2 paused. Then middle video, then right video. Maybe even grey-scale the paused videos.

(39:05) Q: Could the editor begin to compile throughout the day, so as soon as they finish one video just add it to the end of the timeline, could reduce the re-editing time, not upload time or approval time

(1:31:57) Q:It would have been nice if one had a USB Audio de-embedding box (like how the Magewell takes the audio from the usb port) to analogue. That would make a nice add on to a Rodecaster Pro + ATEM combo.

(1:32:36) I need to buy a new vmix replay laptop for a shoot next month but I’d really like to just invest in Resolve Replay instead lol

(1:32:53) I was multi streaming to YouTube and facebook for 3 hours, YouTube dropped out after hour and half. Facebook kept going. How can I find out why? I did 5 other livestreams that weekend with no issue

(1:36:16) Rodecaster has the two USB outs,. but you see to capture the audio, you need a device like Magewell. A de-embedder box to analogue can broaden the possibilities.

(1:37:05) yeah when I want to watch NASCAR, I put it on a TV behind like you have behind you and talk to the stream. so it's mostly out of focus and no audio from the race

(1:37:27) Of course other than the analogue outs of rode devices themselves, but those are a little tricky since they are either balanced or headphone.

(1:37:40) Mevo need to make a wireless audio interface and a wireless SDI/HDMI interface for their MEVO start infrastructure. I would love to use my own cameras and feed the system audio from an audio console.

(1:40:22) I finally listened to you and tried the EQ on the Atem mini 🥵. my audio chain is about to grow more complicated and I love it. mix pre 3-II into the Atem mini into eCamm.

(1:42:21) @Andre Yanco. To extract audio from sdi, I have original bmd sdi to hdmi converters these have 2 balanced jack audio outputs on them. This is very useful when you need your feed audio to PA

(2:06:44) I have an ATEM Mini Extreme ISO that I've been happy with, and interested in getting more for live streams. Upstream, downstream keys, etc.
