(1:23:04) @Aaron Parecki In my case, the issue was with an isolated ATEM from the network, just for recording. I noticed the bad recording, and then saw that the settings in the streaming settings was in blank.

(1:24:24) I would say it's like "line glitch" maybe 1~3px tall. It's around profile picture. But it's not happening everytime.

(1:24:53) @Aaron Parecki MixEffect will detect when the bitrate is set to 0 and prevent a stream or record from starting until you choose a non-zero bitrate.
