(24:43) I'm watching the stream from my Samsung Smart 4KTV (not OLED), and my ThinkPad that has an OLED 4K Touchscreen, and the quality is much better on my ThinkPad than the Samsung, wondering if it's my TV?

(37:06) My Magewell encoder is pretty bad at h.264 but does great at h.265 (even taking bitrate requirements in to account). It's amazing how much even hardware encoders vary in quality.

(1:23:19) If you create a mobile van, put the AV gear is portable roll around carts. Then you could roll out the AV gear when you need to move in-door.
