(1:22:05) @David Joshua Ford Curtis Judd has had that issue, definitely. DJP's problem was with a high rez/high data rate 4K stream using a 4K web presenter.

(1:44:59) You can't fly over moving vehicles even with prop guards. You need to get a 107.145 waiver. There is some confusion regarding flight over people unless your UA is approved for CAT 1/2/3.
